A Health & Wellness Coach helps their clients feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. By establishing a safe and supportive space, Erika helps her clients develop a deeper understanding of the foods, habits, and choices that work best for them. Together, you implement changes that improve your energy, balance, and overall health.
Holistic Wellness is about caring for the whole person and is grounded in the belief that a nutritious life is more than eating well and exercising. Holistic means “of the whole” and health is a whole body experience. If we’re off in one area, it can often affect another (ie stress eating, poor sleep health, acne etc.). Basically everything that touches us contributes to a healthy body and mind, so it’s important to address what’s happening both on and off the plate.
