Curtis Reynolds is a music director, singing actor, and voice teacher currently based in Omaha, Nebraska, where he serves as Assistant Professor of Musical Theatre at Creighton University. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre Vocal Pedagogy from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee where he graduated as part of the inaugural class. He also holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance (Musical Theatre) from New York University. Curtis just finished teaching in the first year of the new Musical Theatre degree program at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. He is passionate about empowering singing artists to find their most efficient and authentic voices. Some favorite professional credits as a music director and actor include: Spamilton: An American Parody (First National Tour), Murder For Two (Clinton Showboat Theatre and Farmers Alley Theatre), Chicago (Cabrillo Stage), and Evita (Arts Center of Coastal Carolina). While based in New York City for the better part of a decade, Curtis loved developing new works and music directing concerts at Lincoln Center, Feinstein’s/54 Below, Don’t Tell Mama, The New York Theatre Workshop, and The WorkShop Theater.
