She/Her

Dayna received her Master’s of Music in Vocal Performance at New York University: Steinhardt. There she learned audition and performance techniques and how to communicate those techniques to singers of all ages and types. Every “voice” is unique and she uses different “language” to reach every singer’s optimum potential. Dayna’s students have appeared on Broadway, National Tours, Papermill Playhouse, Madison Square Garden and other venues in the NYC area. Dayna is deeply inspired by young talent and has dedicated much of her time to mentoring emerging artists of all ages. Credits include: National Tour of Mel Brooks’ The Producers. Other favorite credits include:  National Tours: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee; The Forgotten Nursery; Off-B’way: Perfect Wedding, The Pajama Game. She has appeared in numerous venues across NYC, including Lincoln Center, The York Theater, Town Hall and more. Her favorite performance venue, however, was The White House in 2013 where she performed for Presidential Senior Advisor, Valerie Jarrett and Congresswoman, Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Dayna’s warm, yet assertive approach to voice and acting training uses a healthy balance of contemporary acting and singing techniques and focuses on allowing artists to use their work to send their message to the world.
