*Aloha! Lea was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where she received a BFA in Musical Theatre/Acting. Additional training includes spending a summer at BADA to study Shakespeare in Oxford. Regional theatre highlights: 4,000 Miles(Westport Country Playhouse), Oleanna (Katonah Classic Stage), Roxane in Cyrano de Bergerac, Rosalind in As You Like It, Into the Woods (Texas Shakespeare Festival), Annie Sullivan in The Miracle Worker (Judson Theatre Co.) TV/Film: “FBI” (CBS), “Hawaii Five-0” (CBS), “This is the Night” (Blumhouse, starring Naomi Watts). She has been a monologue coach with MTCA since 2018 and is honored to be part of this incredible team.
